Refund and Return Policy — Thallos Rituals

At Thallos Rituals, your well-being and satisfaction are our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to help you arrange an exchange, return, or refund under the following conditions:

1. Return period

You have 10 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund.

2. Product conditions

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received.

  • No returns are accepted for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

3. Process for requesting a refund

To begin the process, please write to us at gerenciacomercial@thallosshop.com, indicating:

  • Your full name

  • Invoice number and purchase date

  • Reason for return

Our team will review your request and respond with instructions for shipping or exchanging the product.

4. Refunds

Once the product has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • The processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.

5. Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery, sending photos of the product and packaging. We will replace the product at no additional cost.

6. Shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless it is a shipping error or a defective product.

  • In those cases, Thallos Rituals will assume the cost of transportation.
